She Stole My Hart
Hello! My name is Lindsey Hart, and I am so grateful you are visiting my site! I am a learner by nature and set up this blog to share my favorite steals (get it?!), tips and tricks for a happy, healthy life no matter what season of life you're in! Over the years, I've experienced college-life, applying to graduate programs & jobs, interviewing for grad school and careers, working my way out of debt, climbing the ladder, getting laid off, endless job searching, love and loss, moving 13 hours from home, working remotely (pre-COVID), military life, home-ownership, life as a newlywed, exclusive pumping, and motherhood in general.
I believe that knowledge is power and am committed to being a lifelong learner. My full time role is maintaining a knowledge base for my company, so connecting people with resources is kinda my thaaang! I hope to connect you with resources and explain evidence in an easy to understand format. My goal with this blog is for you to leave feeling empowered and educated. I aim to help you feel more confident as you navigate your own happy and healthy lifestyle.

Personality & Strengths
I LOVE taking personality assessments. I am an ISFJ and my top 5 strengths from Strengthsfinder 2.0 are: Relator, Learner, Strategic, Discipline, and Analytical. If you've ever taken the color test, I am primarily a Gold, with a Green secondary.
I Like To Move It, Move It!
I danced my entire life (tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, poms, showchoir), played hockey and softball growing up, and have been waterskiing since I was 3 years old. I love weightlifting and even dabbled in crossfit for a while. I've lead athletes through strength training, assisted a Pediatric Physical Therapist teach dance classes for students with disabilities, and taught exercise classes for adults after being discharged from physical therapy. I love movement of all kinds whether it's a crossfit class, yoga, barre, pilates, spin, HIIT, kickboxing, dancing, or walking my dog!
Military Spouse
My husband and I are at our second base and know the PCS, TDY, & Deployment Life! Being a military spouse presents it's own set of challenges, especially when it comes to your own career and living away from family/friends!
Bookworm
You guessed it - I love to read! Call me old-fashioned, but there's nothing I love more than a book in my hands. Kindles just aren't for me. I recently started listening to audiobooks and have found it much easier to "read" while juggling motherhood. I'll be sharing some of my favorite reads as well!
Dog Mom
I have always had a dog and don't think I could make it through life without one. Dogs can get you through anything and they are great motivators for exercise! I've had German Shorthaired Pointers and a Dachshund - coincidentally both hunting dog breeds. My family has always been into upland hunting, and I love to train dogs!
Motherhood
I now work full time remotely with very little childcard help, so pretty much two full time jobs 24/7. Mom's are the real MVPs, and I want to hug each and every one of you.
