I went back to work full time remotely with very little to no childcare during this time frame. I have listed our top favorite baby items used during months 3 - 6, with most frequently used at the top. We still use almost all of our favorite 0-3 month baby products listed in this blog post almost daily (minus the colder weather items & the nested bean sleep sack - he grew out of it & I held off on buying another because I had 2 halo sleep sacks that worked just fine for him) plus a few others listed below! The swing has become a favorite over the last few months as he can see his reflection in the swing and likes to watch the lil animals spin around!

Baby Dome / Covered Playpen

This changed the game for WFH life with a baby. Working outside is something I have always tried to do at least once a day - having this product was great for play time to keep him entertained while I tried to get some work done. He was protected from the sun & bugs! This was another hand-me-down item my mom's coworker gave her!! #grateful Keep your eyes peeled at garage sales for this or something similar!

Manhattan Winkle Toy Rattle & Teether

This has been, hands-down, his favorite toy to play with. The large loops were easy to grab and get his hands out of easily as he was figuring out how to use his little hands! He also loved to chew on it and bump it around to hear the rattle!

Blanket for Floor Time

This blanket is so soft & absorbant #babypuke. It has been perfect for our floor time, especially now that he's rolling all over the place and the activity mat keeps him from rolling as much as he'd like.

Tummy Time Water Mat

This one can be a great way to get babies more interested/distracted during tummy time. The exact one I purchased isn't in stock, so I linked the next best one with reviews!

Light & Sound Toy

Beau loves this toy! He can easil grab the knob, and it keeps him entertained usually long enough for me to finish my pump session.

Colorful Links

These are such a great option for cheap! I hook them to his activity mat, stroller, activity center, carseat, etc to hang additional toys from!

Boon Pacifiers

We received this pacifier as part of our registry freebie boxes, and it's now dubbed the "favorite binky". He loves to grab the handle and pull the binky out/place it back in his mouht!

Activity Center

He wasn't super comfortable in the activity center until he had a little better core control around 5 months. I didn't realize it until I got it, but this actually turns into a table and is a "grow with me" set to use as they grow! My mom had the baby einstein activity saucer at her house for him when we came to visit (another garage sale find!), and he loved that one too! Note: I have the skip hop activity center with the trees, but couldn't find it! The one I have linked is very similar, just different toy inserts!

Foot & Wrist Rattles

These definitely encouraged him to get those feet up to play with and encouraged movement! He loved to kick and wave his limbs around while making noise! Any brand would do. My MIL sent me a brand of the socks, and I got hand-me-down infantino wrist rattles from a friend!

Baby carrier

We have really loved using the Tactical Baby Gear carrier once he was a little bigger! We mostly used the Boba Wrap in the early stages and only occasional now that he's a little bigger. This baby carrier was just easier to throw on than try to wrap myself in the long fabric.

Jogging Stroller

Keep your eyes peeled at garage sales for these - I got mine much cheaper at the Just Between Friends event in town! Neither my hubby nor I are big runners, but it's been great to have. As I was working my way up to running, I decided to try rollerblading while pushing the stroller to get me back to jogging (reminder - I used to play hockey & am very comfortable on my blades. I wouldn't recommend this for most). I would rollerblade while my husband jogged, so we could do it together - it calmed the baby, we all got fresh air & a little exercise. It's a definite win in my book!
